For individuals who have previously completed the Lead Renovator Initial Certification, this 4-hour Refresher Course is required to renew the individual Lead-Safe Renovator Certification. Renewal is required every five years.

3 day course designed to cover the required engineering and work practice controls and administrative procedures for asbestos work. Certification allows students to design and conduct oversight for asbestos abatement projects.

This 2 hour class meets the requirements for Class IV asbestos work and custodial activities under WAC 296-62-07722. It is required for custodial personnel working in buildings with asbestos and performing minor asbestos debris clean-up. Annual refresher is required.

Completing an annual 8-hour refresher course is required to maintain 40 Hour HAZWOPER or 24 Hour HAZWOPER certification. This class meets annual training requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120 for students who have had any of the initial HAZWOPER courses.
